We’re celebrating Memorial Day with our 5th annual four-day Rooftop Grill-Out Party from Friday, May 22 to Monday, May 25. We’re hosting one extra-long weekend of festivities, including grill specials, live music, DJ, a lawn game tournament, stocked retro picnic coolers, and summer cocktails.

We’re firing up our rooftop grills for a daily Hot Dog Happy Hour, featuring 25% off (all day) creative hot dogs like the Pickle Dog (chopped pickles, pickled jalapeño, pickled onions), Desert Dog (bacon-wrapped hot dog, beans, pico de gallo, mayo), and Chi-Lawn Dog (simple chili, relish).

To drink, we’ve got 25% off buckets of beer and seltzers; plus summer cocktails (such as the tropical Cool Rummings, Margaritas and seasonal Spritzes), wine, zero-proof beverages and more.

We’re turning up the holiday weekend vibes with live music to the lawn: Miss Angie performs on Friday from 4:30pm-6:30pm, and Saturday from 7:30pm-9:30pm.

Game lovers: we will host an Afternoon Cornhole Competition on Saturday, and Music Bingo and Lawn Game Competitions on Sunday (with incredible prizes including collectible coolers, fun lawn chairs, retro bicycles and free drinks).

Communal lawn games such as cornhole, Jenga, giant Connect Four and Yahtzee will also be available for guests to play throughout the weekend. And guests are welcome to set up their own picnic blankets on the expansive lawn, bringing Hi-Lawn’s picnic vibes to life.

We will open early on Memorial Day (Monday, May 25) from noon to 6pm, with an early holiday happy hour from noon-3pm and a DJ set from 3-6pm.

Free to attend, all ages (kids must be accompanied by parents), with all food and beverage sold a la carte.
