The afternoon turns the rooftop into a cozy fall festival with a pumpkin patch, a hot cider stand, and a DJ spinning 90s and 2000s hits. Open to all: families, neighbors, couples and more!

The vibe: golden-hour autumn. Hay bales, pumpkins stacked everywhere, plaid blankets, the smell of hot cider, and a soundtrack that makes the parents sing along while the kids run around.

What's happening

• Hi-Lawn Pumpkin Patch and painting station. Pick a pumpkin and paint it on the lawn.

• Hot cider apple stand, with a spiked version for the 21+ crowd.

• DJ spinning 90s and 2000s hits, from Spice Girls and *NSYNC to Outkast and Avril. It slowly builds toward the night theme.

• Fall photo backdrop with a hay-bale and pumpkin patch..

• Face painting.

• Market vendors: local makers, baked goods, fall goods, jewelry makers, photobooth and more

• Kids' costume contest at 3pm, with categories like Spookiest, Funniest, Most Creative and Best Family/Group.
